Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Carver Co., each board is crafted to order. Because many of our products are made specifically for you, please read the policy below carefully before purchasing.


Custom & Personalised Items

All personalised or custom-made items are final sale.

This includes products with:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Custom text

  • Design variations selected at checkout

We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalised items due to incorrect details entered at checkout. Please double-check spelling and details before placing your order.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email: thecarverco.help@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, where appropriate


Non-Personalised Items

If your item is not personalised and arrives in unused, original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
